Design-Build
W.B. Construction uses the Design-Build construction delivery method that provides owners with a single point of contact for both the design and construction phases of a project. W.B. Construction entity holds single-source responsibility and contractual risk for every aspect of a build — from estimation, assessments, and pre-construction to architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction, and post-construction. The Design-Builder (W.B. Construction), manages all contracts with companies, such as subcontractors, equipment vendors, and materials providers.

Architecture
In collaboration with the Owner(s) chosen Architect, W.B. Construction gives value-added recommendations based on previous lessons learned on relevant construction projects. This is offering is valuable to the Owner(s) as well as the Architect as relates to the Scope, Schedule, Quality, and Costs of a new project.
Construction Management
W.B. Construction Construction management phase includes the bidding and the physical process of building and all other associated activities such as landscaping, refurbishing, site clearance, and demolition.
The necessary bidding procedure consists of four steps, namely:
- Bid solicitation
- Bid submission
- Bid selection
- Contracts
During the building stage, some items covered:
- Ensuring the sub-contractor(s) know their responsibility for the work being performed.
- Assurance from the sub-contractor that he will correct any arising problems in the inspected construction works.
- Checking if there are contractual distinctions between different works described.
